Hello! Thanks so much for stopping in… I'd like tell you a little bit about Michelle and who is Michelle Calkins and Associates:
Michelle Calkins is a licensed Realtor currently working for Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty in Lake Arrowhead, CA. She has been a mountain resident since 2004 and is proud to call this Southern California gem her home! Michelle grew up in Corona, CA and graduated from Santiago High School. She has lived in several areas throughout the Southland including, Brea, Huntington Beach, and Redlands. Michelle and her husband Nate currently reside in the Lake Arrowhead area and feel that there is no place better than here. She is a volunteer with the San Bernardino County Search and Rescue team and can also be seen or heard promoting the mountains through social media outlets and YouTube videos.
Michelle’s first real estate year earned her "Rookie of The Year’ in 2013, and she’s been a top producer ever since! In 2017, she sold over 50 homes earning her the #1 spot in ’Units Sold’ and a #2 spot in ’Overall Sales’. Michelle is a true go-getter and is always on top of the latest trends. She wears her heart on her sleeve and cares about every client as though they are family. She is 30 something, loves traveling, has a passion for life that is infectious, and tells everyone that her goal is to retire young so that she can travel the world.
In March of 2018, Michelle enthusiastically started “Michelle Calkins and Associates.” She brought on board Brianna Beer, her buyers specialist since September of 2017, Simone Knepper and Carrie Curran. The team's strength is derived from 4 strong women who share a common passion for Real Estate and providing the very best for their clients. Their goal is to provide this service to all of Lake Arrowhead, Crestline and Running Springs. All 4 ladies live locally, are tech savvy, and make it a priority to be up to date with all of the latest Real Estate trends bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table. As past bartenders, photographers, and sales representatives, customer service is their strength and people are their culture!
Michelle Calkins and Associates believe that who you work with matters.
If you are a Seller...
- Your home will be marketed, not just listed! I am a member of the two MLS systems that the mountain agents can use. RIM O' THE WORLD and East Valley Multiple Listing Services. By using both MLS' you will receive extended exposure to agents all over the South Land.
- I use a virtual tour from Tour Factory, this is a new and exciting tool that provides visual entertainment along with sound, it can be very captivating to the potential buyer.
- I am connected to all Social Media outlets and blog/vlog about the local community. Your listing will be featured on my web-site (www.homeisatthelake.com) as well as spread to hundreds of different internet search sites. I believe in the power of the internet and I try my best to make sure your house is not missed.
- I can provide monthly reports and feedback on your showing activity.
- I find it important to communicate with all my clients, I can be reached via cell, text and email or even video chat.
If you are a Buyer...
- You can be assured that you will be exposed to all the homes in the area that are in your price range and meet your needs.
- I am a member of the two MLS systems that the mountain agents use. What this means for you? There are "off the mountain" agents who do not list in our local MLS, by being a member of both means I have even more access to available listings on the market.
- From the first moment we meet I keep a log of your wants and needs so that we don't waste time on property that is not for you.
- I take pride in being reachable via cell, text or email 7 days a week.
- I am constantly checking the New and Updated inventory to make sure that you are notified immediately.
